Organic Flower & Conifer Honey
Honey, apart from its rich nutritional value, has significant antimicrobial and antioxidant activity. A real treasure produced by the Olympus apiary at an altitude that can reach up to 2917 metres on Mount Olympus. In a pristine environment, with a rich and partly unique botanical flora, a special honey is collected with a sum of herbs per composition of 46.7 NPG/10gr, which varies from year to year at 10% of the quantity produced. In fact, with total polyphenols reaching 1.4 mgGAE/g and a minimum inhibitory concentration of 6.25% (w/v honey), it provides strong antioxidant and antimicrobial activity.
